We analyse the Audit Report, your goals and resources, and also the operational models of the industry. We indentify the improvement oportunites and we plan an improved operational flow.
Documenting
Elaborating the draft of the new optimised set of norms and procedures, together with the flow diagrams. The drafts are subject to validation and integration within your general process documentation.
Training
Organizing traiining sessions where you will learn of the new sets of norms and procedures, and also of the eventual digital tools developed.
