Short history
The company was established in 2015 to accommodate a B2B project which was started as concept and documentation since 2013. The project consisted of an on-line secured platform, dedicated to perform management and maintenance of complex object fleets (vehicles, office hardware, communication, other equipments) and as well to provide automatic interaction to associated business partners (object clients/users, service units, parts suppliers and so). The number and complexity of the platform modules/menus as well as the high level of contained business knowledge, were a proof of KNOLOS' team high level of experience, both in i) process management consultancy, as well as in ii) business digitalization/software development, both capabilities being highly appreciated along the time during various demo sessions, and generating to our clients valuable ideas to optimize/digitalise different processes in their specific activities. Consequently, KNOLOS was appointed to perform in a series of projects which aimed either of both of process optimization consultancy, and/or custom software development (processes (re)digitalization)

I have graduated de Academy of Economic Studies - Management Faculty and I have over 20 years of Business Management and Consultancy experience, in various industries such as, Banking, Leasing, Real Estate, FMCG, Facility and Fleet Management. I have always put a strong focus on optimization/digitalization for all operations which I have managed or assisted. At KNOLOS, we have created a complete and polyvalent team, formed by business consultants with IT-PM experience, and software developers with a high degree of business understanding. I have graduated the Automation Faculty within Politechnics University Bucharest, and for more than 20 years have activated software development industry, being specialized in various technologies such as, SQL, Hibernate, Java, Subversion, Eclipse, C# and s.o. As a manager I have succesfully fullfiled various leading roles such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Cheif of development team and CTO. In the last years have set few succesfull IT projects.
Robert Chelaru
Robert has graduated the Faculty of Electronics and Telecom in Bucharest and BSCN CISCO Programme, holding 30 years experience in the IT industry. Along the time he had different executve or managerial prgramming roles, being specialized in a number of languages as C++, Assembler (x86)(Z80), Pascal, Visual Basic, PHP, HTML, Java Script and s.o. He has also an extended experience in hardware/evironment architecture/maintenance, PC, networks and Servers. As manager he has acted as CTO for several multinational companies, developing valuable people and project management skills and experience.
